Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility: Elite Treadmills offers refunds and returns on eligible orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note some brands do not accept refunds and offer replacement parts in exchange for faulty parts. There is no charge for delivery of replacement parts. 

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the designated return period to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted. Once you have received your RA number, please follow the instructions provided for returning the item.

3. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt of your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 days.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

7. Changes to Policy: Elite Treadmills reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of this refund and return policy without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By placing an order on Elite Treadmills you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this refund and return policy.
